Shipping Policy

Shipping Method:

All merchandise is shipped via UPS Ground service throughout the Continental U.S. Delivery time ranges from 3 to 8 business days depending on where you live. 
New York Residents-please note: Standard UPS ground service should get your order to you in one to three days.  It is not necessary to pay for any type of expedited service. 
 
Some items are custom made to order and require additional time or may be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer's warehouse.   Items that may be out of stock may take an additional 2-3 days.

Attention military personnel!  We ship to APO and FPO military addresses via USPS priority mail so you can receive Kinji San merchandise wherever you are in the world. Flat shipping rates based on amount of order are listed below. We will handle customs forms. Sorry, we are unable to ship Oversized products due the size of the items.  The U.S. post office will not accept it.  Thank you for letting us serve you while you serve us.

Please understand, in regards to items that are drop shipped from the manufacturer or custom made items - Expedited Shipping begins at the Date of Shipment.

Other Shipping Methods:

We also provide UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3rd Day. You must call us at 718-338-0529 for pricing information. When calculating delivery, remember to only count working UPS days. Exclude Saturdays, Sundays and non-working holidays.  Orders placed after 4pm EST will ship the following day. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about shipping service to your area. 

Shipping Rates

We charge a $9.95 flat rate for total orders being under $100.  We then charge   9% for orders totaling over $101.00. We add the 9% ship/handling rate manually after the order .  Please note that we do charge over sized ship rates ($15, 25, $30, $55) to specific items.  On that item page itself, it will clearly let you know what the oversize ship rate will be.

These ship rates are for customers within the U.S. except for Hawaii, Puerto Rico, & Alaska.  For those states we ship by United States Postal service – Priority Mail.  The ship rate can be from $15 and up.  We will email you the ship rate and ask if you want us to go ahead and process the order.
