Excellent for training at home or any open area. Light weight and portable. Can fit in the back of any car seat area. These 4x8 folding mats are great to do variety of stretches, practice kata, breakfalls, rollouts, & wrestling submissions.

Ideal for no more than 2 people at the same time.

Traditional mat with the potential to expand if necessary. Constructed of 18 oz. blue vinyl coated nylon. 2" thick with hook-and-loop fasteners on all four sides allow for a continuous row or area of mats to be laid out to meet your needs. Filled with 1 3/8" firm crosslink polyethylene foam. All seams are inverted and lock-stitch sewn for extra durability. Mats are also constructed with square sidewalls.
